I have photographed 30+ stories for the National Geographic magazines since 2005. My assignments have taken me to nearly every continent, where I’ve worked on long term community storytelling to short term adventure, from the front lines of conflict zones to tracking animals in National Parks. I was one of the the early contributors that began building our @NatGeo account in 2012 (and helped grow it to the largest brand feed in the world approaching 300 million), and was the first Nat Geo photographer to post every day for the field for an entire assignment. I have represented the brand in exhibits, on stage, TV, and Tik-Tok, and spent years teaching workshops. Below are a few of my favorite stories - the ones that that went the deepest.
